Welcome to On The Square, a unique Coffee Lounge-Bar, located in the centre of Halifax.

Throughout the day we serve fresh Lottie Shaw cakes, which are supplied daily, and a variety of fresh cakes and snacks. We specialise in loose teas and coffees, including Jeeves and Jericho's fine loose teas and fresh Brazilian and Honduran quality Coffee! All of our teas are served in cast iron teapots and brewed to perfection with your very own personal timer! All of the produce from our cafe is available to take-away or you can enjoy eating in with relaxed music and modern comfortable surrounding. We are a child-friendly establishment and have easy access for prams and disabled, we also provide high chairs and chalk boards for the kids to play with. Takeaways are also available throughout the day - just ring in and place your order!

From 4.30pm from Wednesday - Sunday we transform into a stylish and sleek bar! Conveniently situated in the heart of Halifax town centre, On The Square Bar specialises in serving bottled beers, ciders, lagers, fine wines and champagnes from around the world. With the sleek décor and chilled out atmosphere, this really is a superb place to socialise.

Produced in one of the most traditional breweries in the world,

Amber gold in colour, the beer displays a firm malt centre

supported by a fine bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel
