Bradford-born Andrew Bradley learnt his trade at the Michelin-starred Box Tree at Ilkley before a spell as restaurant manager at Clarks Bistro in Bradford in the 1990s. Today he owns and runs two eponymous restaurants in Yorkshire – this one in Huddersfield and more recently he has taken over and rebranded his former workplace, Clarks. Both Bradleys offer a winning combination of clean, contemporary design, accomplished modern British cooking and reasonable prices. Bradleys is open for lunch weekdays and in the evenings Monday-Saturday with an early bird menu available every night. Bradleys also has a successful and well-established outside catering arm which catered for more than 70 weddings in 2007

For a function like this we would suggest around 6-8 canapés per person. For a for a longer party e.g. birthday parties at home we would recommend a more substantial selection, around 10-12 bites.
